Rationale for Objective #4
The assignment that I chose to demonstrate Objective #4 is my field learning agreement which includes a comment section from my field instructor concerning my application of strategies for continuous self-evaluation including supervision and consultation for self-development.
One of the reasons that I continually seek feedback is because I am conscientious and diligent regarding my work responsibilities and want to do my best, not only for personal accomplishment, but for the clients that I serve. Mr. Bragg has always been open and honest with me about my strengths and weaknesses, and I value and appreciate his attentive supervision and feedback.
Mr. Bragg’s comment that I never promise to fulfill a request until I am certain of the outcome is valuable advice that I learned from him. I have grown as a person and a professional under his supervision.
